At Huber Watches, we're confident that you'll love our products. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
To qualify for a return and refund, the item must be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of damage, wear, or tear.
Please note that all our watches are shipped with the watch crown secured by a plastic retainer. We encourage you to inspect and test the watch thoroughly before removing this retainer. If you're satisfied and wish to keep the timepiece, you may remove the retainer. However, once the retainer has been removed, the watch is no longer eligible for return. The retainer serves as our assurance that the watch is still in new and unworn condition.
To initiate a return, please submit your request through our dedicated return form.
We ask that you inspect your item promptly upon delivery. Any shipping damages should be reported within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, claims made after this 7-day period cannot be accepted.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. After your item has been received back at our warehouse, please allow up to three business days for us to process your refund. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
Upon a successful return, we will refund you the full amount that you originally paid to purchase the watch, inclusive of the original shipping costs. This ensures a fair and complete reimbursement for your purchase. Please note that any customs fees associated with your purchase, as well as the cost of return shipping, are not included in the refund amount.
